Please help with my diet

Hi people,

Im after some advise with my diet as i feel im not making enough gains. Im 25 and just under 13 stone, im naturally very skinny and find it hard to put on weight, i have managed to put on 2 stone in the last year with the help of dianabol. I have been training for the last 6 years, the last 3 have been serious. My aims are to bulk and get another couple of stone heavier but i want to stay fairly lean aswell, i have fairly good shape however my chest and stomach could do with toning up a bit. Heres a average days food for me

8.00am - 2 scoops of whey protein
10.30 - tuna or egg roll
1.00pm - chicken breast with rice or jacket potato
3.00pm - Tin of tuna
6.00pm - 2 scoops of whey protein with 2 scoops of oats
6.30 - Training
8.00pm - Steak or chicken with jacket potato and tuna
10.00pm - 2 scoops of whey protein and sometimes some toast or a small snack

Im guessing this is around 3500ish calories

Any help would be appreciated

    Diet before drugs.

    Diets poor and very reliant on whey for protein.

    Mass Gaining V2
    Meal plan for hard gainers

    What PCT did you run? Are you using now or not?

    as above with what Riot says with the following observations

    Whey in water is fine as long as you have some oslid proten 30 mins afterwards for your morning meal. breakfast very big lack of quality protein and no quality carbs. No fibrous veg or fruit anywhere. Distinct lack of healthy fats and ZERO efa content from that diet, no way is it 3500 cals as i eat more than that and im cutting. Whey prebed needs to be lowered and other proteins brought in like egg whites or casein based like cottage cheese, yogurt quark or low fat hard cheese.

    Read the article for mass gaining V2 as suggested as well as the newbie thread in Riots sig

    I ran nolvadex for 21 days and tribulus. I really struggle to eat breakfast and i dont feel hungry at all until 10 oclock, i have tried but i just cant get any food down me which is why i have a shake first thing.

    Ok thanks i will give these threads a read and re work my diet, thanks for the help

    a heads up, appetite is not a guide for nutrient requirement. If you cant face a solid meal then have a shake that contains a complete meal like TT's V2 shake or James Super Smoothie. Also a trick i find works for helping getting food down me first thing in the morning is have a mug of hot water with some lemon this tends to get me hungry pretty quickly when i dont feel like eating

    Lack of healthy fat, add some flax/olive/nut oils as well as oily fish, nuts and seeds.

    Breakfast - lack of protein IMO, I'd try bump it up to about 30g protein so either add another egg or perhaps have a whey and miscellar caisen shake instead if you struggle to eat.

    10pm - whey is not a suitable choice for protein here. Again either solid food like cottage cheese, quark or another slower release protein.

    When do you train? There is no mention of PWO or PPWO in your diet which is a major ommision.

    i normally train between 5 and 6, i normally have my 7 oclock meal after the workout and before the workout i have a shake with oats, not sure what else to have really

    7.00 - steak or chicken with potato or rice and green beans (HOW MUCH POTATOS/RICE)
    9.00 - bowl of muslea or 4 eggs and wholemeal bread (DON'T THINK U NEED A MEAL HERE AS U EAT AT 7 AND 10PM ANYWAY, THE MISSING CALS SHOULD BE MADE BY ABOVE ADDITIONS TO THE DIET, IF U AINT GAINING WEIGHT UP THE OUTPUT)
    10.00 - 2 scoops of when protein with oil tablet (SWAP WHEY FOR A SLOWER RELEASE PROTEIN AND UP FAT, I TABLET IS USUALLY 1G)

    i know is far from perfect but i hope its an improvement, any help or changes would be helpful
