Please tell me what to do!!

I'm so friggin lost right now. Some people tell me to bulk, some people tell me to cut, others say eat at maintenance...but none of the advice seems to be helping at all.

I'm 6'1", 200lbs, 17 years old.

I've been going to the Gym and researching and learning for around 4 months now. I've come to a point where I want to take it seriously and change my body.

I need help on where to go to from here though.
Whether I should cut until my BF is around 12-15?
or whether to bulk and eat around 200-500 over maintenance? (Some people have told me to do this but I don't see myself loosing my excess fat if I'm to eat over my maintenance...)

the main problem with these posts is that it ultimately comes down to what you want to do, if your heart is not on a cut then the cut will be unsucessfull, or vicer versa

imo i would do what i should have done a long time ago which is to cut and get down to whats there and bulk from there, when you bulk you will put weight on but not all of it would be muscle

    imo cut

I want to make sure that my next step will be the most beneficial for me in long term. I'm willing to put effort into anything and Ill stick with it once I know that the goals I'm seeking are worthwile. So if a cut is the best option for me now I'll put 110% into loosing weight.

    Monday: Shoulders
    Tuesday: Biceps\Triceps\Abs
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Chest\Abs

I change the exercises I do every couple of weeks in order to get a variety in. Each gym sessions lasts for around 45 minutes. The number of sets I do goes in a cycle pattern every week.

I do 30 minutes cardio on weekends.

I have a diet atm but it isn't up to date because I still need to figure out the best option on what to do.

i should state that i at one stage was the worst culprit for cutting half-arsed

see what people say but to be fair im not sure the losing weight forum is a place where people will suggest a bulk, with the post being in here i am assuming that your mind is already half made up
if this is the case i am pleased as this is the right way forward imo

good luck with what you decide to do

dont change the exercises week in week out, thats a terrible way to progress

let me see your choice of exercises and reps/sets too

doesnt matter what your current diet looks like itll help us understand what you like to eat and we can advise on what to improve to get to your goals

I've been told I shouldn't stick to the same exercises each week. Like for 2 weeks I may do twisting dumbbell curls and 2 weeks later I'll do hammer curls (just as an example).

This is my current 'cutting' diet.

    Breakfast:
    3 Medium Sized Scrambled Eggs:
    269.12 Calories - 18.39g Protein - 19.59g Fat - 3.68g Carbs

    1 Medium Sized Banana:
    108.56 Calories - 1.22g Protein - 0.566g Fat - 27.65g Carbs

    250ml No-Fat Milk:
    102.15 Calories - 8.03g Protein - 2.59g Fat - 11.37g Carbs

    Breakfast Total: 479.83 Calories – 27.64g Protein – 28.296g Fat – 42.7 Carbs

    Morning Snack:
    1 Medium Sized Banana:
    108.56 Calories - 1.22g Protein - 0.566g Fat - 27.65g Carbs

    52g Almonds (50 Almonds):
    346.8 Calories - 12.76g Protein - 30.38g Fat - 11.84g Carbs

    Morning Snack Total: 455.36 Calories – 13.98g Protein – 30.946g Fat – 30.49 Carbs

    Lunch:
2 Chicken Breast Sandwiches (Wholemeal Bread):
    324 Calories – 41.06g Protein – 12g Fat – 50g Carbs

    Afternoon Snack:
    100g Tuna:
    110 Calories – 26.4g Protein – 0.5g Fat – 0.5g Carbs

    Dinner:
Varies Each Day but I don’t eat too much so I guess I’d eat around 400-700 calories here with around 30-40g protein.

    Post-workout Supplement:
    Protein Shake:
    264.95 Calories – 34.8g Protein – 3.439g Fat – 41.475 Carbs

    Pre-Bed Snack:
    1\2 Low-Fat Cup Cottage Cheese:
    81.81 Calories – 14g Protein – 1.115 Fat – 3.075 Carbs

    Daily Total Estimate:
    Calories: 2000-2300
    Protein: 187.88
    Fat: 90.296
    Carbs: 180.24
