Plebs in your gym.......?

Is it mandatory for every gym to have plebs, that come in only do bicep curls and then leave!!!??

While doing this they talk about who they had a scuff with the night before " neh neh fcukin chinned the c.unt neh neh".

Have a smoke by the fire exit then leave..!

They are paying good money to come and do bicep curls each week. I ASK YOU WHY?

Does your gym have them?

    All gyms have them!

They make it worth going for the spectacle.

They're probably smacked up to the t'ts on creatine mono too!

Lol, I cant get up on time so keep going during 'teen gym', now nicknamed 'Bean gym' on the count of the amount of wannabe Mr. Beans in there.

Not sure if its a correct move, but one guy was benching on the smith with his legs up in the air on the opposite wall as wide as possible.

Nope, nothing like that in any gym I've ever trained in.  Be glad, them paying for  bicep curls means you membership is cheaper.

this used to be a guy in my gym like this. roided up to the eyeballs, huge he was, but only ever trained chest and arms.  came into the gym one day and went ballistic on my mate as my mate was using the bench press and wouldnt get off it, so the big guy told him he would knock him out.  i was training deadlifts with 160kg on the bar, probably weighing 10 stone on a rainy day, was only 17 so looked like a lil kid with my baby face.  he came over and hurled abuse at me saying i would never lift that and stop showing off with the weights on the bar.  to which i proceeded to lift it 5 times.  he just walked out of the gym and everyone came up to me and spoke to me and told me that i showed the c*nt right up, even the big rugby boys treated me as one of them after it.  the only time in my life where i can say i did something cool lol.

Don't be angry that they're there...

...be happy they will always look like ****e

Idiots like these keep gyms running. If only serious trainers were at your gym, it would probably shut as there isn't enough of them around.

Lol at "teen gym". Id call it more "scally hour" at my spot!

Funny thing is there is one of them that comes in occasionally with a fairly good build and the others follow him about the place. Strange how they haven't figured out you need to do more than one exercise to get some mass!

every gym has them. Mine in particular I think because its in my college and also a lot of schools rugby kids 'train' there.

Saw this chap today, came in and starts doing a DB bench press, only bringing the weights down about 2 inches - to avoid overtraining his chest of course. Then he gets up and starts doing DB curls, making sure to swing his back and hips to hyperextension when getting the weights up. Looked like a good hip workout, I reckon Im gonna drop deadlifts and do these from now on.

although to be honest they don't piss me off as much as the birds who come in and walk on the treadmill for 5 mins, then do 'crunches' on a ball while in fact barely moving their bodies at all, and then they pick up their phone and ring their mate in mid-set. although some of them are very hot, so I forgive them

used to see a lad who every time he came in did a few lat raises and a few very light dumbell rows then spent 30 mins looking in the mirror doing various poses. trouble is he always wore a long sleeve tracksuit top!

never did see what he was actually built like lol

Yes let's not abuse the cardio women Citizen Kane. We like them, a lot.

Skinny pikes doing arm curls = no

Fit women on the stepper = yes

we have this guy who piles up the weights on everything, im talking 1000kg on the leg press, 200+ kg on the decline press, 50kg dumbells for preacher curls. but he has by far the worst form i have ever, ever, ever seen in my life. On the preacher curl his arm move about 3 inches with his other hadn behind it pushing it up, on leg press his legs move about 3 inches, same with the decline press. He does smith machine close grip bench press with far too much weight, he moves the bar about 3 inch and humps the air.

There is a certain percentage of "plebs" in general circulation so it stands to reason this percentage will be reflected in gyms also.

Accept it as a fact of life and move on....

Doesn't happen in my gym!  They wouldn't want to come back as attitude is simply not tolerated!

    Squat: 363kg

    Bench: 195kg

    Deadlift: 300kg

    @ (currently 114kg)
