Plier Lifts

These sound great. For those of you without Dinosaur Traning you get two lengths of material and loop them around a bar. Grip each bit of material with a set of pliers and deadlift the sucker!

Sounds like a grip killer.

Anyone do em?

Yeah, i have posted on these a few times in the past.
I fill a bucket with all sorts of junk and lift that with them.
    Works well.

OK out of the million of pliers I have, they all have rubber grips and Im thinking off the top of my head that I should use rubber grips. So I went to the local hardware store and to my supprise they all came with rubber grips!!! So I bought a cheep pair and cut it off. Well the metal underneath was jagged and tore up my hands. Guess im going to have to wait till I drive to the city tomorrow =/

That's what i did chaos, i cut the rubber from the grips. If the metal underneath is a bit harsh then you can easily file it down in no time.
