Pork Shakes

Im posting this in likeness of the whole tuna shake thing.

Dont laugh, Tenderloin never tasted so good!

You will need:

8oz tenderloin
16oz milk (skim)
1 bananna

Blend well and enjoy, protien and carbs. Sort of an all in one sort of shake.

    fantastic.

Did you substitute the banana for roast spuds? The crackling of roast pork would add a nice texture to the shake as well. LOL.

Add a few green beans and cabbage too.. you got a complete MRP then!

Also theres no need to make the gravy first - Just throw in an Oxo cube before you blend it and it takes care of itself!!
