Possible cutting diet..
Hi guys - might start this next week. Comments appreciated. Looking to cut from 196lbs 18% fat to 13/14%.
4AM - 20g Whey
9AM - O Juice/Shredded Wheat x 4
10.30 AM - 30g Whey / 1 Banana
12.30 - Tin Tuna / x2 Bread / Salad
3.00 - Egg Whites x6 / oats
6.00 - Chicken OR tuna / bread x2 / Salad
9.00 - Egg Whites x 8 / bread x2 / 30g Whey
11.00 - Tin Tuna / Cottage Cheese
Training is from 930-1030. I was thinking about swapping 10.30 AM meal with 9AM meal on cardio days so im primarily burning fat and not carbs. Cardio will be done on non weight days unless I hit a plateau.
The above will provide approx 283g of protein, hopefully enough to offset any muscle loss.
