Possible cutting diet..

Hi guys - might start this next week. Comments appreciated. Looking to cut from 196lbs 18% fat to 13/14%.

4AM - 20g Whey
9AM - O Juice/Shredded Wheat x 4
10.30 AM - 30g Whey / 1 Banana
12.30 - Tin Tuna / x2 Bread / Salad
3.00 - Egg Whites x6 / oats
6.00 - Chicken OR tuna / bread x2 / Salad
9.00 - Egg Whites x 8 / bread x2 / 30g Whey
11.00 - Tin Tuna / Cottage Cheese

Training is from 930-1030. I was thinking about swapping 10.30 AM meal with 9AM meal on cardio days so im primarily burning fat and not carbs. Cardio will be done on non weight days unless I hit a plateau.

The above will provide approx 283g of protein, hopefully enough to offset any muscle loss.

Do you have any ideas on how many calories you are actually consuming? ? ?

Additionally, people will be able to help more if you comment on how many carbs, protein, fat grams you have per day mate.

Don't like the look of it mate.

A few starters to think about:
    - do you really mean whey at 4am? Is that when you get up? If I assume that is a typo, best to have it say at 8:30am in relation to otehr meals.
    - If cutting ditch the OJ IMO from 9am - have an orange or two.
    - Not enough variety
    - Where are the fats? You need EFAs in there
    - Too long between PWO and PPWO - you are missing a window here where nutrition is crucial. Have PPWO optimally 45-60mins after PWO.
    - What type of bread you consuming?
    - More veg? Maybe some more fruit?

    - Yep I get up in the night for a piss / shake... keeps the protein going.
    - Good point about OJ, thought the cals were pretty high.
    - Any ideas for variety?
    - Could get Udos for the EFAs?
    - I eat the 1230 meal within 45-1hr of any weight training so it is often earlier.
    - Wholemeal bread
    - An apple or two? With the oranges you suggested thatd be enough on top of the banana? Could fit the veg in with some of the suggested meals like 9pm.

    Cheers for the advice mate.
