Post Cycle Training- how do you keep up motivation?

Looking for comments and advice as to how to keep up motivation, training and size, post a course.

I workout with a mate, our approach on the cycle was mass with low reps / heavy lifting.  We follow a routine that is has both fixed exercises but which also allows for variation based on instinctive training. This I find to be great you can get progression and lifts but aren't tied to the same thing for every exercise, the variable bit is done after the fixed exercise for each body part.

Do most guys try to keep up the weights and same exercises when you come off? or do you try something different? We have tried switching to more instinctive training and supersets, more isolation, more cardio,  etc. just to give us a change.

Mentally after recording every workout and being very focused, I find a bit of a change a good thing.

What works for you?

Get a little creative sometimes in pct to try and keep strength up on major lifts as well
