Post Cycle

This has been my 3rd cycle. I have made some big gains in my training, lifting. But it seems every time I come off I feel like a old man, like aches and pains depressed and dont really wanna go to the gym. All in all this lasts for about 2 to 3 weeks and then I start to come round after that. My question is does anyone else feel like this after there cycle?

All I can say is I love them steriods but ****, the come down is so bad for me. I will be getting my blood work done next week.

You gotta get psychologically tough post cycle, thats what I have found. Be prepared for some loss of size but be determined to retain as much as you can, view it as a battle and one you want to win! You tried HCG, throughout your cycle or before PCT?

P.S. Was your username supposed to read BelfastGiant?

I would research HCG further, but if your struggling to recover post cycle then perhaps its the kickstart you need. However, its normal to feel like you are after a cycle, your not on steroids anymore and therefore you can't do what you did a month ago, its the psychological part that is more important to keeping those gains. Get your brain in gear, look at the whole picture, be concious of what you have to do, keep focused and you will retain!

Yeah Im from the north, the username sort of gives it away!!!
