    If I was taking a shake it'd be Nutrisport 90+ (doesn't taste great but it's a great blend and cheap) with a scoop of dextrose.

    at the moment usn igf1 as its on offer and 20g maltro, when i have down enough fat i will try some usn muscle fuel anabolic, (offer again)

    I have just bought some NO Synthesize as im starting my cut as it contains no carbs good profile too.

    2 Scoops of BBW Banoffee flavoured protein and 25g powdered linseeds.  Tastes funny but works for me!

    Was using a blend postworkout , but now using a straight whey concentrate> Both were/are at 45g protein, and running thru about 30g WMS, alltho as i said, trying to get through this 5kg ammount, then gonna move onto Malto instead (would use dextrose if running creatine, but didnt approve of the tooth rot from dextrose lol)

    Currently, double serving of ON rocky road whey with milk (can't tolerate water with whey) giving me about 55g protein, 11g of BCAA's and 8g of Glutamine a serving.
