I really love this and nutritionally they don't look too bad.
Im starting a mini bulk next week and was going to incorporate them for Breakfast some days as an alternative to toast.
What do you guys think?
Provides Potato Farl (60g) Provides
(of which sugars) 6.4g
(of which saturates) 0.1g
Fat content would be a little higher as I usually add a really small bit of low fat butter
