Power Rack

Hey folks,

I'm new to MT but I've been reading posts for a while and must say that you seem to have an excellent membership.

I've been training just upper body for a good few months now (and loving it), but I've heard it mentioned once or twice that I should be squatting!

So now i'm looking to get a power rack that I can dip with too for around £250. Any suggestions appreciated...

Thanks

    Thanks Voivod & Hometrainer.

Looks like these sites stock similar items. The cheaper rack is more in my price range but doesn't appear to have a dip attachment [?].

I live in an old house so the ceilings are high even upstairs. There is a small bedroom that leads directly to the bathroom - useless for anything else but great for a gym.

What equipment do you guys use in your home gyms?

I've had a look and it does look like the dipping handles will only fit the pro power rack. It would be wothwhile phoning up to check though.

At home I use the pro power rack and a bodysolid wfid 30 bench. Very good gear I would reccomend it.

Wellcome to MT by the way!!
