simon check my training jounal it revolves round oly lift type evercises. yes true it is centred around snatch and clean and jerk but combine it with m5 sandbags and try loglifts if you have the eqipment. snatch and cj are totally different you can do variations like power snatch, squat snatch, hang snatch, hang snatch, hang power snatch, snatch pulls, hang snatch pulls, all the same with clean movements, deadlifts, clean pulls (deadlifts and shrug together) jerks presses push press power jerks
POWER in oly terms not squating down when catching over head (snatch) or on shoulders (clean phase) HANG is by deadlifting it (maybe with straps to begin until grip is stronger) then start the ex from the knee.
