Power for Size

Im looking to fid a routine and rep scheme to start a powerlifting type regimen with Bench Press, Squat and Clean And Press

I ant to increase all three of them for the sake of building shear power for bodybuilding???

Any suggestoins???

    there seems to be many schools of thought for powerlifters to subscribe to, and, unlike in the BB forums, there are no "begginners guide to powerlifting" articles as you would imagine there would be.

    check out the journals section for some strength trainng example routines.

    What about frankie's 5x5 routine??

    I think that would be a good introduction, im certainly gaining lots of power/strength at the same time.

    I went from Frankies and then moved on 2 Westside which I feel is by far the best. Im still not that strong, but am a monster compared to this time last year.
