Powerman Supplements

Howdy all

Got sent some of the Powerman supplements earlier this year. Just wondering if anyone else has used them (or heard of them).
http://www.powerman.co.uk

They're a German brand, now part of the hut group (so owned my the same parent company that runs Myprotein).

The labels were a bit difficult to figure out what was what, as some of it is written in broken English.

From what I've used though, their protein seems good, and im working my way through some of their other stuff.

Just wondering if anyone else has used/uses them.

jeez - the supplements area seems by far the most active part of this forum, it's a shame rather than having some integrity people are trying to make a quick pound.

Hmmm, I recall a number of PM's between Adam and myself sent quite a few months ago wherein I asked him to curtail his various attempts to spam the forum and keep all his posts within MT's rules.

Adam wasn't too happy with that request at the time and came back to me with a number of queries, essentially testing the water to ascertain what was and wasn't allowed.

It seems Adam wasn't too happy with my answers and the forum rules I pointed out to him and in response he's tried to be clever and come up with this 'ruse'.

Clearly a ban is now required, however we'll leave this thread here for a little while to help aware others of the situation and of course, give Adam the right of reply and an opportunity to clear things up / come clean.

Seems that was a simply mistake made by another member who has posted in this thread, so I've removed the flag (which I'm guessing was intended for the original post).

Good work Osagi, what concerns me alot about supplements and the number of reps is that someone new to this site who wants to get in shape could get confused/mislead very quickly.

I'd like to think the majority of reps will respect the rules and not spam the forum. Of course the odd post by a rep may cross the line, or some may deem it spammy, but on the whole I think most of the reps here do a very good job.

Being a rep is a privileged postilion of course, but you have to remember that all of us are also part of the MT community first and foremost, and we want to help each other. We post because want to help, not because we are trying to spam the forum.
