Prague - UK differences.
Ive just returned froma lovely week long holiday in Prague with my fiancee.
I noticed something rather odd whilst i was out there, believe me i do, not believe i am generalising.
I did not see a single 'built or 'stocky' male out there, and the one i did see i ended up chatting to and he was from Ireland! The majority of males of all ages that i saw, were slim and or fat. There seemed to be nothing in between.
And the thing is, these people were walking around with their shirts off, looking extremly confident and comfortable, and it just seemed like the norm over there. Not only that but almost every women i seemd to see was beautiful lol, i am quite perceptive and i notice things like this. I really am not generalising, i was out every day of the week around Prauge, the city and the less populated areas and it seemed to be true all over.
Do you ever wonder if we perhaps put too much emphasis on how our bodies look over here? I just couldnt believe how different it was over in Prague, so much more laid back
I dont think that bodybuilding is a major thing out there, it makes me think, perhaps we are a tad too body concious over here in the UK. You may not believe me, but in and around Swansea steroid usage seems rather high, and its never unusual to see rather muscular males walking around. Of course there are also just plain Weightlifting enthusiasts wondering about, after all steroids dont build muscles by themselves.
What do you guys think, do we let our image run our lives over here in the Uk?
