When im broke I eat "fish steaks" you know them in the sardine like can. They are actually herring, and there are different flavors such as soybean oil, hot sauce, etc.... Around 30 grams of protien, add a bananna and its a meal.
Protien and carbs! It costs around 48 cents a can and the bananna is around 20 cents.
