Quark and whey is the best IMO

Eggs.

Any normal protein meal? I mean you can eat anything at any time of day if you want to, salmon and broccoli for breakfast anyone?

Smoked haddock with a raw egg yolk is awesome for breakfast (usually with whole grain toast, but not before bed).
