Pre n post creatine.

Currently take 5 grams pre n post workout...
 
Any harm/benefits of upping that to 10 grams pre n post ? Or is that just too much and a waste ?

    5 pre and post is probably excessive already for a person of your weight! any more would be a waste IMO

    As above, 5g after should be sufficient.

    Just stick to 5grms of Creatine a day. I take Creatine in the morning. Don't think it matter's when you take it, as, it's stored in the body. Might be wrong tho.

    Imo teaspoon before and after would be fine, 3g each time

    Agree with body4life 5g a day no more needed, on workout days take 2/3g pre and post as papa has mentioned.

    Cheers, i take a teaspoon pre n post on workout days, i thought this was about 5 grams.

    1 teaspoon on non workout.
