Pressing question

You got incline, flat and decline bench for chest.....from what I read, incline gives shape and size, flat gives strength then what is decline good for? I thought incline worked the top of chest, flat focused on the entire chest and decline worked the lower. What does decline really do, is it worth adding into my program

Decline is supposed to work the lower portion of the pectorals.
I personally do dips instead of Decline for excellent chest work.

Best chest excercises are incline, dips and flat bench

For actuall Improvement in the Pec Pec area I would Go Dumbell Press and Dips over everything else, But all pressing works great if it's heavy and low repped!

All give size, all give strength, none give shape beyond growth in general that would not happen with either of the others as that is genetically determined. The difference is the amount of shoulder/tricep/lat recruitment and the stress on the chest.

You cannot isolate upper lower inner outer pectoral areas.

What you thought was a myth mate. Incline, flat and decline bench press will all give you strength and size.
