Pro Hormone Newbie Advise

Hi,
I am currently 30 years old with 3+ years of solid training and very good diet.
Im now looking to do a first pro hormone cycle. I have been doing loads of research online but i feel i am going round in circles and need a bit of advise.
I want to do something mild to start with as i am new to this

I spoke to predator nutrition who recommended Cynostane with AI Cycle Support and for PCT Activate Xtreme
When checking other peoples experiences, generally people say leave Cynostane and do something like havoc.
when reading up on havoc, people say you must use a serm (nolva) which is not otc so i do not have access to, and i feel im starting to go into more hard-core territory!
when speaking to predator nutrition about havoc, i was told the same supporting products as Cynostane would be fine and nothing else is needed.

Could anyone give me some guidance on this?

thanks

It's not all that hard to find a source for SERM's. And so worth it.

Take the time to do this and run a decent cycle with all the support supps and a SERM for PCT.

It will take a little more effort and time but you will be glad you did.

I smoke. A lot. And i eat full fat mayo. So suck on that! ;-)

Yes, Serms are needed. Just ask around. Not here though.
Cyanostane is ok, as is epi. There are many options though.
    No SERM no cycle.
