Problem on cycle

OK, so I was teaching yesterday and landed wrong on my ankle, The docs say it isn't broken but they've never seen bone structure like mine so I could be unable to walk on it for a week or two. Im three weeks into a six week cycle of h-drol and epi. What do I do? Would it be worth still going to the gym and working on upper body alone and do mostly sitting down moves? Help, i don't want to have to quit as im gaining well from this cycle!

Help!

Joe.

keep training your upper body, might as well get as much out of it as you can, especially if you're gaining well! Sorry to hear about your ankle.

You can do loads of stuff in the gym without involving your ankle! I can't believe you'd even consider not training.

You could still do sitting leg moves such as extentions without hurting your ankle.
