Product Log: Superdrol (First Cycle)

Alright guys,

I will be starting my first Superdrol cycle (Black China Labs) on Monday (27th July), so thought it might be helpful/interesting to log my progress on here.

I'm running 20/20/20 SD, and I'm using the usual supplement stack - Milk thistle, RYR, CoQ10, Taurine, Fish oils, Multi Vit. Also got Flax seeds and Egg yolk powder to increase EFA's.

I've got Tamoxifen (Nolva) for PCT. I only have 30 tabs @ 20mg a tab, so I'm gonna have run 60mg (1st day), 40mg (days 2 - 7), then 20mg (days 7 - 21) - unless anyone else has any other options they think would work?
I'll also be using creatine, ZMA, Trib, Saw Palmetto, HMB for added PCT.

After cutting for the last few months I am currently 13.7 stone, approx 11 % BF, and I'm 6'1".

I'm hoping to put on some good mass, and I will be taking in around 4000 cals ED @ 40/40/20.
Plenty of low GI carbs, got some fine milled oats to add straight to my protein shakes too.

I will be training using 2 days on, 1 day off routine, and keeping all lifts heavy probably 3 sets on everything using a rep range of 10/8/6.

Think that is about it, although if anyone has anything they would add to this, please comment.

Cheers

You can just buy nornal oats from the super market and grind them yourself ie. put them in a blender or food processor or buy a coffee grinder and put them in that. Otherwise buy them from -

    or

Broodingsea, I got my my fine milled oats from myprotein (as Riocat correctly mentioned!)... I've gotta say, they're ace! they mix in so well, you hardly even notice they're there.. would defo reccomend to anyone looking at increasing calorie compsumption.

Also, my training partner is starting SD tomorrow as well. He isn't on here, but I will let you know how he gets on also.

    Should be interesting!

Ok guys... First day of cycle today, so far so good.
Not a lot to report really, but calories have been increased gradually over the weekend, and especially today. Lots of god carbs and plenty of protein.

I eat every 2-3 hours, so between meals it's a 40g protein (blend) with fine milled oats, flaxseed oil and egg yolk powder. Only thing is the one before gym gave me the runs, and I'd just had my 2nd SD capsule! LOL, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been able to digest that quick!

Tonight was Chest and Triceps, did Flat BB Bench Press, Incline DB Press, Weighted Dips, E-z bar skull crushers, Rope push downs.
I did 3 sets on all, with a rep range of 10, 8, 6 increasing Weight on every set (something I'm going to carry on throughout cycle).

Obviously too early to report any strength increases, infact, if anything I felt a little bit weaker than normal! I put that down to a sh*t nights sleep last night and up early for work though.

Back and Bi's tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes...
