Then cross over mountain climbers.

Cheers bud, I’m hoping to get this PB in a couple of weeks. Didn’t quite feel like PB material that day but I stay positive. Yesterday’s Squats felt really easy.

So far so good. I would say at the moment I’m looking tighter and dropping a little fat. I think there’s still plenty more to come though.

Nooooooooo, now I've written this out I've realised I forgot to do the BB Rows!!

Other than that the training went well.  Felt ridiculously hot in the gym today.  Was it me or was it just a hot gym??  I have no idea.  Mood is good and no sides to report.

I’ve been finding my body temperature sky rocketing once I start training whilst on tren. I break out in a sweat in no time

I'm not worried about it.  Possibly even did me some good with a bit less volume........i'll got with that :D

Day 10 (yesterday)

Bench

10 x 60kg
10 x 70kg
5 x 80kg
3 x 90kg
3 x 100kg
3 x 110kg
3 x 120kg
2 x 3 - 130kg

CG Bench
2 x 3 - 120kg

Incline Bench
2 x 5 - 90kg
10 x 70kg

Wide Grip Pull Ups
3 x 12

Tricep Rope Pull downs
3 x 10 - 28kg

DB Hammer Curls
3 x 10 - 18kg

Treadmill Walk - 5.5kph - 11 degrees - 10 minutes

This was a great workout.  The top bench weight flew up so I'm happy that the strength gains are definitely starting to kick in.  I'm quite confident that the 150kg will be there by the end.

I'm trying to decide whether to squat today or leave it until tomorrow.

Day 12

5 x 100kg
5 x 140kg
3 x 170kg
3 x 3 - 195kg

BB Calf raise
3 x 20 - 120kg

Leg Curl
3 x 10 - 60kg

Treadmill Walk - 5.5kph - 11 degrees - 15 minutes

I didn't train yesterday.  I got as far as packing my bag and then I lay on the sofa and went to sleep.  I as totally destroyed before and after that nap for some reason.  Today however, I felt great and was in the gym for 0930 following a night shift.  Very bizarre.  Squats were ok, would liked them to have felt a bit easier but not concerned.  I'm considering repeating this week again so that the max attempt falls in line with the end of the cycle.

Day 13

Overhead Press
5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
5 x 60kg
3 x 70kg
3 x 80kg
3 x 90kg
3 x 3 - 105kg
10 x 60kg

Reverse DB Flyes
3 x 10 - 22kg

Sheiko Skulls
10 x 45kg
8 x 45kg
5 x 45kg

Weighted Side Bends
3 x 20 - 25kg

I also played an incredibly cold 18 holes of golf today.

Overhead press felt great.  Strangely the second set was the strongest but i'm excited that my 115kg PB might finally fall.  I will try and triple 110kg next week.

Food has been a bit **** the last two days.  I've not really eaten enough.  Personal circumstances are causing anxiety and depression.  Training is my mental therapy but my appetite is crap.  I'm trying to give my head a wobble and sort it out.

Up to now absolutely zero sides so all is good.
