Promag & Tren Log

It seems like it's been a while since I had a little dabble in the PH world so I thought I might treat myself and try something I've not done before.  I'm going with Bodyconscious Promag and Tren with a view to a lean bulk and increase in strength.

As always my training is geared towards strength and smashing some 1 rep max PB's.  I'm roughly half way through Ed Coens Bench and Deadlift Routines as well as Russian Masters so I'm thinking that if I start the cycle on Sunday/Monday then the timing should be perfect for the end of these.  I'll be running the Promag at 105mg and the Tren at 100mg for 33 days.  Whether I stop the cycle there or just continue with the Tren until it's gone will be a decision I make at the time.  I'll also be adding Taurine to keep the back pumps at bay.

Diet wise I'm going to be winging it.  I've enough experience with my own dieting to know how to cut or bulk as necessary without having to plan every morsel and macro.  So starting numbers from today.......

Weight - 87.5kg
BF - No Idea.....maybe 12-14%ish??

Max Lifts within the last two months

Squat - 210kg no wraps - 230kg wrapped
Bench - 140kg
Overhead Press - 115kg
Deadlift - 220kg (double)

I'm setting myself some modest goals I think.  I'd like to see the following lifts at the end........

Squat - 240kg
Bench - 150kg
Overhead Press - 120kg
Deadlift - 250kg

The one that I'm doubting the most is the deadlift because I seem to have fallen out with that lift at the moment.  Obviously if any of those numbers are surpassed then it's a super bonus.

PCT will be Nolva at 20mg for four weeks along with BC Revolver 10mg and BC MK 30mg.

I will possibly take some before and after photo's when I get chance.

You've got some very good numbers already at your BW, looking forward to seeing what this cycle brings.

Am I right in thinking you're from Brum?

Thanks bud, those numbers above are either equal to or not far off PB's from my last Halo cycle so I'm very happy to be starting from where I left off as it were.  The one I'm really looking forward to beating is that damn overhead press.  I feel like I've been stuck at that weight forever!!

I am indeed a midlands man.

Just had a message to say my package has been delivered so I'm off to get the stash now.  Thanks BC for the timely delivery.

Some great PB's, good that you've managed to maintain that strength since the Halo cycle, how long ago was it? I think i'll be trying Halo in the coming months. Is that overhead press strict btw?

You're BW is close to mine but your just considerably stronger lol. I'm from Tamworth so Midlands also, I did briefly think about venturing into Brum to try out one of the powerlifting gyms, but its too far for me to do it regularly and I struggle to fit stuff in as it is. I'm happy to stick with my garage and the local gym for now.

I've trained at David Lloyds for the past four years.  I used to use Central Fitness in Sheldon which is a fantastic Strongman and Powerlifting gym but I changed purely because of the time it was taking to travel there sometimes.  I don't think it matters where you train as long as you're consistant and doing it right.

Todays training session was ok....

Squat
2 x 5 - 60kg
5 x 100kg
5 x 140kg
5 x 5 - 175kg

Standing Calf Raises
2 x 20 - 120kg

Treadmill Walk - 5kph - 10 degrees - 15 minutes

Simple stuff.  Usually i'd have added some leg curls at the end but that machine was broken so didn't bother.

What are people using to upload photos now?  I used to use photobucket but that doesn't work anymore.

Some great numbers already and hope you meet your targets. Are you doing bloods? Tren is supposed to be good for strength yeah? Have you used it before?

Best of luck too.

I'd do bloods if I could afford bloods but to be honest I can't.  Not sure my doctor would do it for the lolz either :D

Not tried Tren before so I'm looking forward to the outcome.  Primarily added for the strength gains but fat burning hardening sounds good too.  Whats peoples thoughts on running ECA whilst on this too???

Training today was a little tired so I didn't push it too hard.  I've trained four days on the trot now......

Overhead Press
5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
5 x 60kg
5 x 60kg
5 x 80kg
3 x 3 - 95kg
10 x 75kg

Reverse Bent Over DB Flyes
3 x 10 - 20kg

Sheiko EZ Bar Skulls
3 x 10 - 30kg

Shoulder Mobility Stuff

Treadmill Walk - 5kph - 10 degrees - 15 minutes

Start cycle tomorrow.

Just for interest I decided to use the body trax machine at my gym today to get a start weight and fat percentage along with lots of other figures just to see how much it changes through the cycle.  Every time I use this machine it logs the results so they can be tracked.

Well the last time I did a test was October 26th and I weighed 82.6kg with BF of 13.7% - 11.4kg.  Todays scan showed me at a weight of 86.8kg with BF of 15% - 13kg.  So that suggests that since then, using MK at 30mg and then adding in Revolver (Osta) 10mg I've managed to add 6.2kg of weight of which only 1.6kg of that is fat.  Now I know these machines are to be taken with a pinch of salt but I'm very impressed with those figures for gains.  I'd be happy with that from a proper cycle and that's just SARMs.
