Promag done, Whats next?
I am looking for advice for my next cycle. I have completed 2 successful cycle of promag, both with good results. I find myself now leaning towards a Superdrol clone cycle next - However, I'm worried that I am being to hasty to move onto stronger compounds. Where do you think I should go next?
Currently, I am above maintenance calories, approximately 300cals. Sitting at 83.3kg, at 5ft 10". I follow a power-hypertrophy training plan - training 5-days:
Monday: Upper body power day with assistance exercises
Tuesday: Lower Body power day with assistance exercises
Wednesday: Off with 30 minute flexibility/ foam rolling session
Thursday: Back/ Shoulder Hypertrophy
Friday: Leg hypertrophy
Sat/ Sun: Chest/ arm hypertrophy.
Diet is 40/40/20 - 2/3 bad meals monthly.
My goal at the moment is size and shape. I'm hoping to develop more prominent shoulder/ tricep tie-in, along with fuller quads.
Your opinions on my next cycle would be appreciated. Its worth mentioning that, I would be reliant on online delivery of otherwise un-attainable products for PCT (I hope I'm allowed to say that).
