Proper Dip form for chest?

I am finally rounding out the bottom of my chest, but I want to know the correct way to do dips so you are only using your chest. How do i isolate my chest when doing this? Also I was told to lean forward but I feel it more on my chest when I am upright. Please help soon I am on my way to the gym in 30 min.

There is no way u can do dips and work the chest only, ur tris and shoulders get worked too. Do themproperly lean forward a little and go down to feel a full stretch on ur chest and push urself back up using ur pectorals making sure u squueze em at the top.

Grab dip bars, hop up, elbows out chin down, extend legs out to allow you to tilt forward. You should be looking at your feet extended beneath your face with your upper body tilted well forward..actually go to www.ironguru.com and click on chest...probably be easier. I have looked for an illustration of the proper form and haven't found one yet! Anyone?
