Proposed Routine for 12weeks incl 8 weeks cycle

Here's my proposed routine, first 4weeks will be before going on my first cycle and then the last 8weeks will be on 500mg sust/week. If I'm still making good gains I'll carry the routine on for a few months afterwards.

Mon - Chest/Triceps

Benchpress 5x5
Incline Bench 3x6
Weigted Dips 3x8
Tricep Pushdowns 3x6


Tues - Back/Biceps

Deadlift 5x5
Bent Over Barbell 3x6
Wide Hrip Chins 3x6
E-Z Bar 5x5
Standing Dumbell curls 3x6

Thurs - Shoulders

Standing Military 5x5
Shrugs 3x6
Side Lat Raises Machine 3x6

Fri - Legs

Squat 5x5
Legpress 3x6
Hamstring curls 3x8


I'll also be doing 3x10 crunches twice a week and 3x8 calf raies 4 times a week.


Any comments? :)

    Drop either E-Z Bar 5x5, or Standing Dumbell curls 3x6. If your gonna do E-Z Bar do 3 sets not 5. Maybe to much for calves. Rest looks great.

    Cheers for the advice, I'll do 3x6 on both bicep excersises :)
