Regarding meal 3 has no carbs, I feel that I've taken on adequate carbs in the first two meals. I fear adding carbs to meal 3 would cause a premature insulin spike. If theres carbs in the 'gas tank' already from the first two meals I'll refill when I get to my 'destination' PWO (post workout). This is 5 large chicken breasts around 8 boiled potatoes and the veg.
Meal 1, I throw all the ingredients in a blender, I see the cottage cheese as a convenient protein source. I got the shake recipe from coach chad waterbury over at t-nation.
Having said all that I do like the look of your bulking article. I'd like to throw a few ideas around the thread first though before commiting to anything.
danny boy, for the last 6 months I've been slamming 4 cups of cottage cheese a day!, I mix it with half a cup of milk. I have a hard stomaching it normally, however once it's liquified; no problem.
