Proposed bulking diet

It's high time I dialled in my nutrition properly. For the past couple of months I've just been 'random bulking'. I have been ensuring I get protein with every meal but I would say my diet has been sporadic. I'm currently 92k and i'm guesstimating around 16% BF. My long term goal is to reach 105K lean but will probably have to reack 110k to diet down to that size.

I'll propose the following diet that I'll eat everyday. That probably sounds monotonous and your right, it is, however the logic behing this is that I'll know exactly what I'm getting macronutrient wise so i'll just increase calories if I'm not growing.

1)1 cup cottage cheese
2 bannanas
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats

2)6 eggs
2 slices brown bread
1 tsp flax seed oil
1serving fruit

3)1 can tuna
1 cup cottage chesse

Train

4)PWO shake

5)1 yogurt 500g

6)500g chicken breasts
Boiled potatoes
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots

7)2 scoops whey
3 tsp peanut butter
1 serving of fruit

8)1 cottage chesse
1 tsp flax oil

9)1 cottage chesse
1 tsp flax oil

I'd appreciate any heads up and input.

Toffee, cheers for the reply mate.

Regarding meal 3 has no carbs, I feel that I've taken on adequate carbs in the first two meals. I fear adding carbs to meal 3 would cause a premature insulin spike. If theres carbs in the 'gas tank' already from the first two meals I'll refill when I get to my 'destination' PWO (post workout). This is 5 large chicken breasts around 8 boiled potatoes and the veg.

Meal 1, I throw all the ingredients in a blender, I see the cottage cheese as a convenient protein source. I got the shake recipe from coach chad waterbury over at t-nation.

Having said all that I do like the look of your bulking article. I'd like to throw a few ideas around the thread first though before commiting to anything.

danny boy, for the last 6 months I've been slamming 4 cups of cottage cheese a day!, I mix it with half a cup of milk. I have a hard stomaching it normally, however once it's liquified; no problem.

That was the idea that it was P/F meal, I wanst clear about that in my initial post.

Eat every two hours, work is a bit slow at the moment, plenty of downtime. I need to make the most of the time I've got now, will probably be very busy a few months down the line.
