^^^ pretty much what Bell says Doc. Drug addiction, various joint replacements cause him major pain constantly, says this helps him massively.

I like them both immensely , if im listening to music or doing studying or need to be sharp in meetings/interviews phenibut is beyond belief , if im anxious or feel like i need some codeine for pain or just get that urge then Kratom is the one , if im dieting Kratom works well for hunger and gives you that slightly stimulated effect whilst sedating at the same time , from experience phenibut is far more addictive and does have withdrawals , so you have to be carefull with it and be very disciplined , Kratom is something ive used daily for long periods of time whilst going through a divorce etc , deffo helps and you can go for days without that urge to use , although there are days where ill knock up a Kratom brew as soon as i get out of bed and it sets me up for the day feeling on top of the world .

Kratom does take a little getting used to and a lot of people are put off by its effects the first few times of using , like profuse sweating , if you start of really small ( like 3 gramms) then you can gauge how it effects you . I love the stuff.

Thanks for all the replies, diazepam is definitely out of the question for me as it’s already on my tried and tested banned substances list, along with tramadol, codeine etc lol

Is there a high to Kratom? Comedown? Never even heard of it until now, seems interesting but essentially what I like about propranolol as opposed to other compounds is it doesn’t really alter my mental state other than just helping keep me calm

Diazepam etc you can tell I’m high as sh*t

I was prescribed Propranolol by my GP this morning.

I changed jobs at the end of October and have found that at times it's making me very anxious. Going back to work this week has been particularly difficult.

I'm been having CBT for a few weeks but for the past few days I haven't been able to cope with the physical sensations of anxiety.

Have to say that I've noticed a marked improvement already.

If you're struggling with a mental health issue and are putting off seeing your GP, Don't!

here's an interesting one, i got a dodgy tube of tostran (for my trt) it didnt squirt properly so i couldnt work out how much i was using. so i just roughed it but it looked less. too much and my nipples get itchy so didnt want to go high.

about a week or so later, i sat having lunch at work, they was chatting but i was scared to say anything, my anxeity was so high! i was freaking out. i went to a work meeting and said nothing but wanted to speak, i was sweating like crazy and couldnt figure out what was wrong.

tube ended, started a new one, two squirts was about twice as much as id been putting on and i normally have 4! within a few days all my anxeity had gone and felt normal again!

moral of the story, maybe get your testosterone levels checked lol and i just wanted to tell you my little story

So you think test dose was too high or too low? I find TRT gives me undoubted anxiety, high dose of TRT f**ks me up. Right now I’m 2 and a half weeks since my last jab ( coming off), which has only been 0.4ml fir the passed couple months. Right now I feel great. Whenever I come off TRT something reactivates that calms me and makes me so much more confident than being on. One day I’ll figure out what the elusive hormone is and supplement it but so far I dont know.

Too low booker.

Pre trt, my anxiety was terrible. It was only from running testosterone I realised it made me... Normal? Trt is a life saver for me, my anxiety is pretty bad

Ive heard some people are the opposite, just like yourself. When you stop test, surely your estrogen is high? Maybe that's what's stopping your anxiety?

Yeah mine gets worse but its a hellish thing. Pretty sure my old man has it but wouldn’t entertain taking something for it but as a result he is living a pretty **** life due to it.

My dad suffers really bad from anxiety, he has medication but it doesn't hit the spot. Its a massive burden on his life which is sad to see

When I first was diagnosed with anxiety, I told my parents and they said "yeah, we thought you had it" could I'd said something lol

Lol I hope it works out mate. I always like hearing how trt has helped people. I’ll be back on it but I just feel there always comes a time where I just know I need to come off if it.

Emailed my boss about it today. Irrational part of me says it makes me look weak, but suffering in silence hasn't worked.

Fcuk em mate, get yourself tip top whatever way you can, for some folk it’s meds, for others it’s mind training or a bit of both.

New responsibilities at work. Not thinking rationally about it but can't seem to help it at the moment.

Well I agree that suffering in silence is not the way to go so I don't think you've done wrong by opening up about it at work.

I'm on trt from the NHS, I'm on for life, which I'm happy about because it's changed my life and made me feel amazing. A little bit of hormone goes a long way lol

I think it's fair to get anxiety over such a thing, I know I would. I get left with things at work and start freaking out and I feel my anxiety is mostly under control

Not wishing to highjack the thread but… Have u played with other things while on trt mate? I’m talking pregnenolone and DHEA. I listened to a great podcast yesterday (the testosterone revelution) and man the issues he metioned about people on trt ticked every box of what I experience while on it. I have added pregnenolone and it did not solve my issues, the one I have never tried adding is DHEA as our illustrious leaders saw fit to ban it. Now I’m off for a period but willno doubt start it again and when I do I will seek to source me some DHEA.

I have only used tostran gel for trt. Been on for about a year now, bloods all come back fine regular.

I have used test at 500mgpw and Dbol at low dose (obviously as steroid cycles) before going on trt . Both get rid of my anxeity. Test is the missing ingredient for me. I used to have propranolol as a prescription, no point now. I will give the podcast a listen, I've not heard of using other things on trt to compliment it
