Protein Bars

Hi guys...Im new on this forum...

just wondering wot you think about protein bars as a snack...I prepare my meals every day for lunch and dinner but find it very conveninet to keep a couple of protein bars for snack in bag all the time...I find they keep me away from cravings a lot!...

i tried Weider bar from asda, strawberry and find it delicious...also use EAS Myoplex carb sense...anyone tried them b4?

any advise welcome..thanks a lot!

carb sense strawberrys and cream is delicious.

However I stick to CNP Pro bar XS, all flavours are good. You may like the berry one best. I love the peanut one and the choc one.

I have them as snacks if I don't have something else to hand. Also I use them if I am in a rush and don't have time to cook something. They aren't meal replacers but they do the job for a few hours until you are able to eat something.
