Protein & Fats V Protein & Carbs

I am currently cutting and am on a TKD (Timed carb diet) so I only have carbs pre & pwo.

My question is do you think it would be better for me to slightly up the carbs and lower the fats (i.e. have carbs at breakfast) or keep my diet how it is?

My stats and diet are below and please feel free to comment on any other part of my diet. Thanks.

If you are upping the carbs and having them at other meals rather than around workouts then it will shift from a TKD.

If that is the way that you want to go, go for it.

As long as you are in a calorific defecit, you should lose weight.

    Thanks for the replies.

I think i will stick with the diet how it is then at the moment. Am making some good progress.

Although after my sunday re-feed i do feel kind of sick after eating so much kcals. I'll try lower this abit in the future, can't go without my cheat meal though thats my reward.

I'm not trying to be in ketosis. 120 - 140 is static with a re-feed on sunday.

if your getting good results mate stick with 4 a bit

if u wanna change things in the future u could add carbs for breakfast and cut em preWO

or have carbs PWO and PPWO and skip them pre

I guess u gotta find what works best 4 u pal.
