Protein & Fats V Protein & Carbs
I am currently cutting and am on a TKD (Timed carb diet) so I only have carbs pre & pwo.
My question is do you think it would be better for me to slightly up the carbs and lower the fats (i.e. have carbs at breakfast) or keep my diet how it is?

7:00 am - 30g whey, 2 scrambbled egs with 0.5 tbs olive oil. Cals: 311
9:45 am â€“ 125g Fresh Prawns with 14g cashews and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber). Cals: 197
12:30 pm â€“ 139g tuna in brine with 14g cashews and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber). Cals: 273
15:30 pm - 30g whey mixed with 1 tbs of flax oil. Cals: 240
18:00 pm - Lentils/Pasta/Rice with Chicken/Fish/Meat with broccoli. Cals: 404
19:15 pm â€“ Train: Mon, tues, thurs & fri(30 - 60 mins weights with 40 mins low intensity cv after weights on tues and thurs). 40 mins low intensity cv on wed 2.5 hours after last meal.
20:30 pm - PWO shake with 30g whey mixed with 2 weetabix, water and 1 banana. Cals: 355
21:45 pm â€“ Chicken/Fish/Meat with, 0.5 tbs flax oil and broccoli or salad. Cals: 261
10:45 pm â€“ 100g cottage cheese with and 0.5 tbs flax oil. Cals: 145
11:00 pm â€“ Sleep Total kcals = 2186

14:30 pm â€“ Mackeral Fillets in brine (88g drained), 14g cashew nuts.
17:00 pm - Lentils/Pasta/Rice with Chicken/Fish/Meat with broccoli or mixed salad.
19:30 pm - 30g whey mixed with 1 tbs of flax oil.
10:00 pm - Chicken/Fish/Meat with 14g cashew nuts and broccoli or mixed salad.
12:00 am â€“ 2 boiled eggs with 0.5tbs peanut butter
02:00 am â€“ 100g cottage cheese with 0.5tbs of flax oil.
02:15 am â€“ Sleep Total kcals = 1997
