Protein Lassi

This is for all the asian bros here as others wont know wot lassi is but i think u guys can try it if u like it. Just mix 8 tablespoons of low fat plain yoghurt with ur NLarge or other blended protein drink and thats it, tastes exactly like lassi. and u get more protein too. I find it gets rid of the richness cuz of the added milk and hence easier to chuck down.

true mate, don't use any dairy either, so my lassis are from soy yoghurt & milk + protein powder, that as well from soy. My wife has wicked recepies with mint and all, very tasty! Also takes care of any sweet cravings in the evening.

Sounds good. Rite now I have plain yogurt and unflavoured whey, what should I add, I don't know what NLarge is.

smashed it with the lassi man.

im gonna go punjab in a few weeks on holiday, and all they ever drink is lassi so this will come in damn handy.

Looking forward to training with some pindus.
