RE: Protein Powder
My daily diet is usually something like
8.30 â€“ 3 wheetabix
10.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein
11.30 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans
13.00 - 200g Chicken with pasta
15.00 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans (opposite to what I had at 11.30)
17.00 - Banana (pre workout)
19.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein (post workout)
20.00 - 200g Chicken with salad
22.00 - 100g Chicken
Im currently working away and staying in a Travelodge so have no cooking facilities so its hard to no what to eat, do you think I should change anything. Thanks for the help lads.
Ive had a look at myprotein.co.uk and think I might go for the unflavoured whey protein and add flavour myself does anyone no if this is any good.
