Protein Shakes

I have just recently purchase a blender so i can make my own protein shakes. Unfortunately i am not that good at thinking up receipes so i have been going for the simple mix of whey protein, milk and a banana. Does anyone have any good ideas for shakes. Pre/post workout as well as shakes to get extra meals in during the day.

Any smoothie recipe could be adapted to include protein/whey powder.

Milkshake powders can improve plain whey, but they taste watery without milk in.

    Unaffiliated.

I use unflavoured whey then add options hot choc powder to it, works out cheaper than buying flavoured whey i think.

I workout at stupid o'clock in the morning and have 30g flavoured whey and 30g oats, before I go.

As soon as I return I have 30g flavoured whey, 30g oats, 50g blueberries, 5 strawberries and a teaspoon of flaxseed - Mixed with 300ml water.
