Protein blend?

It says it the cutting up article to use a protein blend shake i.e. egg/casien/milk/whey.

Can you buy a protein powder with all these already in or do you have to make it yourself?

Am pretty new to this so try not to give me hard time if that sounds stupid?

try the bedtime extreme formula from my protein

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk

Mine came today and its tastes really good. Its a slow release blend, ideal for before you go to bed or any other time during the day as required

Go for a sweetener though if taste is an issue, like sucralose or sucralose extra

Whey is a fast-acting protein, whereas something like casein is relatively slow. People might have a blend of 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of casein around bedtime so that they've got something to "keep them going" through the night.

Personally, I wouldn't get too hung up on it. Sure, it does make a difference to a certain extent, but having whey as your only powdered source of protein is not going to hinder your progress in the slightest if the rest of your diet is in order. Don't go spending £00s on multiple types of protein powders/blends.
