add the right amount of hot water to sugar free jelly. don't add the second batch of cold water. let it set in fridge. blend with scoop protein. i use vanilla - makes it taste like mousse. choc protein with raspberry or orange jelly is nice too.
at this point you can freeze it until half set. stir to mix the frozen with soft bits then freeze again until almost completely set and its more like icecream.
i often have a big bowl of sugar free jelly made up in the fridge anyway and it works with the second batch of water added but it ends up a bit runnier.
