Protein meal replacement bars

I am working the moto gp as a steward type person this week and will be doing more events like this over the summer and can't eat as regularly as i'd like i.e every 3 hours will it be acceptable too eat 2 or 3 meal replacement bars during the day then go too the gym in the evening around 8pm i start a 7am . Is there anything else i should eat or drink bearing in mind i can't lug much around at all ideally everything needs too fit in my pockets.

homemade protein bars are great for when youre on the go as if made with the right ingredients can provide a very nutritious meal in a portable calorie dense format. Take a look at the recipe forum for some ideas. I highly recommend oOoGazoOo fudge bars, wiffers strawberry coconut and choc orange and Daveos flapjacks and protein peanut butter cookies.
