Protein ok in water after 8 hours?

Hey, i thought that when i start uni i could take my home made weight gainer - 25g whey, 20g oats, 1 banana, 50g peanut butter, 200ml water and 150ml milk in with me to drink instead of some of my meals for convinence. However i thought that if it made it at 7am in morning and dont drink it till 1pm of 3pm ish, would the protein in it still be ok?

I think it will be fine - however what you could do is have all the ingredients ready in the shaker except the water. Just add that when you want to drink it. It should taste much nicer rather than drinking it 8 hours later.

yeah that is my plan when i go back in september. Its sometimes a real nightmare trying to fit in an 11 and 3 o clock meal in between lectures! I think im gonna take the ingredients in a shaker and then maybe just buy a pint of milk (or just water).
