RE: Protein scoops?
The amount of protein you need doesn't relate to a scoop but to the amount you need daily, less what is in the whole food you eat divided by how much is left.
I weigh 280 and use 1g per lb. Most peoples diets have 70-90g protein in them. Using the higher amount I'll supplement 190g of protein a day. I use our 75% WPC product so I'll need 255g of powder to get 191g of protein. I'll have that in three drinks which means I need a little over 80g of powder per drink - and there isn't a protein supps company yet that makes scoops that big. Most are 50ml and hold around 30-31g of powder. So for me 2.5 scoops per shake. The same basic formula applies to all.
Bwt in lbs x an equal amount of protein in grams at 1lb = 1g less grams of food protein.
