Protein that doesn't require refridgeration?

Hi all,

I'm going away for 2 nights next week, and am wanting to try and keep my intake relatively decent - I start PCT on the first day!

Obviously I'll have quite a few shakes with me but aside from that is there anything else I can bring? Will be pretty hectic when I'm there so won't have time to be looking in supermarkets or anything sadly.

Thanks!

    Nuts, beef jerky/billtong etc.

In theory anything would probably last you the first day, you'll only be short on the second day depending on how warm it is.

Travelling Weds night, no access to a fridge that night. Then not back till late Friday . Nuts will definitely be featuring strongly.

Beef jerky seems like a good bet as a booster though!

Yeah, keep some powder to hand to quickly add water to.

However, don't obsess too much, 2 days of not following the BBing mantra diet that we all fall into the habit of living by will do you no harm in reality

I reckon I can 5/6 shakes in my bag so no worries there .

You're totally right, stress is worse than anything. It's just because I'm starting PCT on the Thursday I've got cause for concern!

As already mentioned, plenty of options out there...

Nuts, biltong and jerky, packets of meat, boiled eggs, tins of fish, home made bars?

Don't stress too much though, just get on with things and relax :)
