Psilocybin for anxiety

Hi guys,

Hope this is okay to post - just wondering on thoughts/experiences with Psilocybin/mushrooms and anxiety treatments.

Listened to the amber lyons and Jo Rogan podcast last year, and I've been researching ever since

would love to try some ,  Dan Hardy has some interesting views on it like before training and runs , and how it would make hunters better at survival ,  I just wonder what its long terms effects on the brain are .

It is being used more for PTSD than anxiety alone. Hallucinogens are making their way back into psychotherapy. Not a lot of people know it but MDMA or ecstasy was used as a marriage counseling drug. Makes perfect sense to me. It always made me want to talk nicely, touch, have sex, and generally be receptive.
