Pull throughs????

Are pull throughs a good substitute for stiff deads looking tp change my routine about a bit if so any links as 2 how 2 do this exercise i sought of know but just wana check CHEERS!!!!!!!

    Pull thrus? Same as rack pulls or partial deads? Forgive me but I never heard of pull thrus

    i recomend pull through's, you can get a massive ROM only trouble is once you have sussed the technique you will be shifting the stack pretty quick and then the only thing that can be increased is the reps, i stopped doing it once i was getting a comfy 20 reps out with the stack as conditioning isnt really my thing at the mo
