ORIGINAL: R3261 cross your legs ? ?
ORIGINAL: Fintan Right. Tried crossing my legs, didn't seem to help much sadly, but it certainly helped me isolate the problem! Whenever I tensed my trunk, my legs were pulled foward with the contraction and from that point it was almost impossible to regain my composure and form. After discovering this, I just let me lower torso and legs hang like a dead weight whilst I allowed my back and shoulders to take all the strain. The result.... GREAT SUCCESS!
