Apologies for the lack of input in here and other journals, currently working 72 hour weeks so not much time for anything. Did manage to get in this morning though.

Deadlift-8x2 140kg, think next session will be 5x3 135kg and work up again.
Bench-2x2 105kg, only just got the last rep so dropped the weight, 20x60kg tng, 10x60kg long pauses. I think trying to bench heavy is too much after deads.
Wide lat pull down - 2x20 39kg

20 minutes treadmill

Yes it's not great. I always used to dead or squat first and then press after. But since reading GreySkull I've changed. Johnny Pain writes (and it makes sense) that a pressing movement will never affect your deads or squats first, if anything it will help them as you would be thoroughly warmed but a heavy dead or squat session will properly drain you and will affect your lifts.

Best best way is to do them in separate days but my preferred frequency pattern doesn't allow such luxuries!
