Looking strong mate...still banging out some cardio there too...looking good all round.
How is training feeling? I know work is crazy but training seems to be holding in there very well.

Nah work has settled down now mate, working much more manageable hours. Training is in limbo as always with me, know I could progress well if I ate more but don't want to get fatter, as already tubby. I am addressing that now as gone down the no carb route again, which seems to work for me. Will then add carbs back slowly then M1T back into the mix.
As ever I'm still very tempted to do a low dose of test for 4-6 months but money is a little tight and I don't want to jab.

Just had a KETO friendly trip to Nando's as well. Full chicken, leafy salad with olive oil and coleslaw, absolutely delicious.

Was at a bit of a loose end this afternoon so did a bonus session today, DV's words of irons priority over cardibro ringing in my ears. Pretty sure it will have burned more calories than an hours walking.

Power shrugs.... like supersetting calf raises and shrugs at once. Do you go wide grip on those?

A wide grip power shrug is sometimes adopted from Oly lifting.

All leg work tomorrow then, that'll wake you up

Do you mean a high pull? They are different from power shrugs. You don't bend elbows with shrugs, you do with high pulls

Squat 220kg(3) - Bench 200Kg - Deadlift 250kg - Strict Press 130kg - Push Press 140kg

Yeah but a power shrug is normally a tech adopted from Oly style lifting on most IME so I often see it done wider. Was just curious what grip he'd opted for

Squat-3x4 105kg 85ish%, not as smooth as I'd have liked
Above knee rack pull-3x3 180kg, drop 4x140, drop 5x100kg
Seated ham curl-4x12 41kg low rest, had intended on doing SLDL instead but back was getting too pumped
Leg press-4x20 80kg, a very heavy leg press, quite heavy with nothing on it

30 minutes treadmill

I've always wondered what the LP sled weighs, and never count it on the weight pressed.

Solid work again Samwise.
