Floydy.
8 sets @ 240lbs on the machine row is insanely weighty. You big-latted bugger, you!

Thank you my friend, I was sneakily quite pleased with that.

Well I've drank an awful lot more this week and managed to drop 8lbs. Safe to say water retention jiggery pokery was at play.
All the while eating most of a massive homemade lasagne and a small takeaway from KFC. I say small, what I actually had was a big daddy box meal and not one but two double downs. I'm not even sorry.

Mixing up lbs and kgs.... you're making my brain hurt

He knows full well how to divide a number by 2.2 he’s just taunting us! I’ve already tried to subconsciously get him to use X instead of * as the proper mathematical symbol.

(weight)times(reps)
100x10

This is correct.

100*10 ??
A star is a convolution. In mathematics (in particular, functional analysis) a convolution is a mathematical operation on two functions to produce a third function, that is typically viewed as a modified version of one of the original functions, giving the integral of the pointwise multiplication of the two functions as a function of the amount that one of the original functions is translated.

So basically not a star!

That is all

Kgs, lbs and stars, but not a '?' Is sight!

Solid work mate! Watch that KFC it sneaks up on you and before you know it you're the colonel's b1tch!

True. No question marks. Credit where credit is due. We do at least have some numbers even if we do have to do the maths ourselves

Proper squats, are these new?

You did well with that KFC, I couldn't have stomached eating any of it. The smell of the place always puts me off.

KFC is like the dirty whore of the fast food world, you feel great when smashing it, but feel dirty after.

Deadmill sprints never let you down.

Half reps for constant tension..... there's definitely a broverflow going on round here nowadays I refuse to be blamed for all of it

Been watching some of your sessions lately, Newcy, particularly this last one above. You start heavy and go lighter on some of your sets, as in a reverse of the norm. Are these beneficial to your goals etc? Maybe I should do a session like that?
