Low hammer row 1 arm - 3x5 60kg
Side lat raise - 3x9 10kg drop 4x5kg, straight arms
Lat pull down - 10,10,8 59kg
OH DB extension - 4x8 22.5kg

10 minutes treadmill 1.18 miles

Box squat - 4x1 120kg 85%
SLDL - 3x10 50kg, carefully carefully
Leg extensions - 3x20 36kg ouch!
Seated ham curl - 3x20 32kg
Back raises - 4x8 limited ROM perhaps a small tweak from rep 8 of set 3

10 minutes treadmill, 1.25 miles

Got the blood test results back from the doctors and everything is in the normal range. Prolactin, oestrogen, testosterone all normal. I have absolutely no idea as to where to go from here.

We’re you hoping for a low test reading? If everything is normal I doubt you have ongoing gyno issues. What was it you were concerned about?

We’re you hoping for a low test reading? If everything is normal I doubt you have ongoing gyno issues. What was it you were concerned about?

I actually thought I'd have high prolactin or oestrogen.
I keep getting lumpy sore nipples, I take nolva for a little while and it goes away.
