Got the blood test results back from the doctors and everything is in the normal range. Prolactin, oestrogen, testosterone all normal. I have absolutely no idea as to where to go from here.



We’re you hoping for a low test reading? If everything is normal I doubt you have ongoing gyno issues. What was it you were concerned about?

I actually thought I'd have high prolactin or oestrogen.
I keep getting lumpy sore nipples, I take nolva for a little while and it goes away.


Are you sure it’s not in your head. A physical manifestation of your innermost fears?

It is a thing, when I take a strong oral, I get a dull ache/pain in my liver area, eve tho it’s impossible as the liver has no pain receptors. It’s psychosomatic

Maybe you’re finally going through puberty?

Lat pull down - 12,12,8 59kg
Side lat raise - 8,5 10kg drop 5x5kg drop 5x2.5kg straight
Seated cable row - 3x5 41kg drop 20x20kg
OH DB extension - 4x8 25kg

12 minutes treadmill, then the old poop express came into the station. Aaaaaalll aaaaboardddd!

Weird about the blood test/nipple thing.
 
Only other avenue is wait until it comes back and then go see the same doc for advice?

Another idea with the gyno... have you read dav’s Journal? He is taking turmeric and swears it has made long term gyno disappear. Worth looking at mate.
