I'm increasing frequency this week but bringing volume down. I'm going to try and get in every day this week.

DB rows - 4x4 40kg drop 8x20kg
Seated OH DB extension - 4x8 30kg drop 8x20kg

Well my plan for training every night this week were scuppered yesterday with an ill baby and I don't like my chances tomorrow as we should be moving house 🏡

Seated OH DB extension - 10,8,8 30kg

25 minutes treadmill, 2.54 miles.

Absolutely drenched in sweat by the end and feel much better for it, needed that I did young Skywalkers.
