Feeling better now bud?

Why the move? Bigger house? Job? Scenery?

It was disgusting floppy, didn't get a wink of sleep the night before as I was either freezing or roasting.

It's still lingering Brett, since last frigging Thursday.
Moved from a rented three bedroom to a mortgage on a four bedroom. Check me out.

Congrats mate! It's good to get off the rental merry-go-round.

Mate, this is huge news. I remember when we got our home, it's a great feeling, so many congratulations. Enjoy.

Box squat - 3x3 127.5kg 90%ish, pretty tough as I've been ill for knocking on two weeks now and from Friday evening through to today I've had SEVERE diarrhea and I've not squatted for over two weeks. All things considered not too bad.
SLDL - 3x8 60kg
Leg extensions - 3x15 45kg
Seated ham curl - 15,12,10 45kg drop 10x18kg

20 minutes treadmill, 2 miles

Squatting as your first session after the squits..... that's probably a braver move than buying a house

Double with loft space too. And a bog to nurse his 'severe' diarrhoea.

Newcy, how, in your experience, does bog-standard diarrhoea differ from what you term as the 'severe' [and you wrote this in capitals to dramatise its severity] version?

It doesn't have a garage, it does have two private parking spaces though. A home gym will forever be the dream.

Private Parking Spaces.... forever the thorn in everyone's side as all and sundry park there regardless. Great to be all sorted by Xmas/New Year tho, when are we all invited for protein shakes and jerky #innuendointended

If you own the parking space perhaps you can get one of those poles that retract into the floor? Or leave a threat written in blood on the space lol

Glad the rear end is on the mend
